Upcoming Matches

Every Monday Night - The ZOO Night - 8:30pm (AEST) - Halo 2 - Internal Clan Session. We hope to have enough members there to have at least 4v4 or 5v5 matches. Gwokster would like to run through attack & defense strategies with the clan (especially following our match last week against BoW). This will most likely continue for the next couple of weeks (or months depending on how we go).

PLEASE NOTE - Now that Forza Motorsport has been released, most members are currently practicing tracks and car handling etc. Rest assured that Halo 2 is not dead and buried and we will return in the next couple of weeks. 30/3/2005 - The ZOO vs Band of Whippets - Halo 2 Rematch

Well the time came for a rematch between The ZOO and Band of Whippets. Due to the amount of members from both clans who showed up, we had to split up into two rooms of 4v4.

Overall it was a good night had by all. Once again The ZOO members were on the loosing end but it is clear that our practice sessions are helping. We look forward to another rematch with the Whippet boys.

Well last nights game was a good one that was enjoyed by all who played. After getting off to a good start with Team Oddball, The ZOO (Gwokster, Jiimy, Jartuk, Shane O 76 & Angry Oven) couldn't beat the BoW members, who have obviously spent many an hour on Halo 2 and have their tactics down to a fine art. Many lessons learned for The ZOO and I can see a couple of practice sessions coming up soon. Below is the break down of maps played and who won what:

Game Type 1 - Team Oddball
Map 1 - Collosus - The ZOO won by 1 second
Map 2 - Beaver Creek - Band of Whippets won by a crap load

Game Type 2 - 1 Flag Capture the Flag

Map 2 - Headlong - Band of Whippets won 1 - 0

Game Type 3 - Team Slayer
Map 1 - Coagulation - Band of Whippets won 50 - 22

Overall it was an enjoyable evening had by all. We all look forward to the next BoW vs The ZOO evening.
